I always assumed you were about my age (45 in two weeks). Well, I guess we could split the difference and say you are the age of a young uncle.

(22,057 posts)5. "Young uncle" sounds wonderful to me at this point! I had just turned 35 when I met my partner
(he was 39) and we've been together 25 years so I'm definitely 60. Still its nice to know that I come across as a bit younger here.
Listening and talking to you guys helps keep me socially current and politically up-to-date.
And for the record I had you mentally pegged at mid-late 30's-mature but not "too" mature. Its funny how you develop mental images of people you've never met in person.
