WATCH: Man Does Napoleon Dynamite Dance For 100 Straight Days, Makes Amazing Video

A man filmed himself performing the dance from Napoleon Dynamite for 100 consecutive days.

The results are mesmerizing.

Matt Bray did the routine as part of his ProjectOneLife series on YouTube, which shows the college student accomplishing items from a wide-ranging bucket list.

For Bucket List #117, he actually danced to “Canned Heat” by Jamiroquai for closer to 120 days, “but 100 days sounds better.”

Who, BTW, said that he purposely used the beat for that song to make it easier for white people to dance to...

While I would never dance for 100 seconds, much less days, I do love me some Napolean Dynamite.
