First, always have a 2 day garage sale. Next, make sure you put a price on everything. Finally, when people insist on haggling on the first day, tell them to come back tomorrow and you'll make them a great deal if you still have it. That's when you find out how badly they want it.

and sold a good bit of furniture by that time while we were still putting stuff out.
