My 5 unwritten rules of videogames...

1. There is no such thing as overkill.

2. If you have a bomb, use it!

3. Females are usually in the game for eye candy only.
(Yes, there are exceptions, but not very many.)

4. Waste as much time as possible looking around.
You'll find hidden areas and treasures.

5. Most enemies are suicidal/dumb.

Oh, honorable mention: Cheatcodes? Use 'em.
