Walking Dead - David Morrissey cast as The Governor

This will be for the 16 episode Season 3. The Governor is a rather memorable character from the comic book series.

And, it's possible that Rutina Wesley may be Michonne, as she is in the last episode of the year, but without a name.
No word on who is playing Tyreese, though.
