Hoffman is supposedly a perfectionist. At least in his case (in my opinion) he's very, very good for all the care he takes and worth the trouble. I can't say the same about Charlie Sheen although I have enjoyed some of his films like The Arrival and Platoon. Brando was difficult but he was great and he made his directors look good.

I never heard that Val Kilmer or Russel Crowe were hard to deal with. Crowe sounds like a real prima donna.

The story about Bill Murray was hilarious and very, very strange. He has no phone number. He has no agent. He doesn't sign contracts. You have no way of reaching him. I almost admire that.
