I was thinking of making a thread

because I have a task I dislike doing tomorrow, and I forgot what I would say to enjoinder a lively conversation to take my mind off of it.

The only thing I can think of, is strange shit you think of before facing something you don't want to do.

What in the hell are those little leaf enclosed things in my garden? Is it a tomato, or just what the hell. (I love my garden so that is a good place for me to go).

Funny enough, I built a loom as a child out of popsicle sticks. I kid you not. Now how is that for lagniappe.

which are related to the tomato. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physalis You can eat them. So, go out to your garden and admire the flowers or find something good to eat. Maybe your tomatoes are ripe? Gardens are always good for what ails you.

I go to the garden, and it is like meditation. I can be there for a minute or an hour, it's the reset button for my soul.

I despise getting my hair done because of gossip.

We went at butt crack of the morning (6am) and only one woman asked about who my husband was, if I was divorced and so on. I'm gay, but it was too early in the morning for that.

but I loathe making small talk with my barber. He's a very nice guy, but when I'm sitting there listening to him talk about sports and vacations and family life, I start feeling like a radical.
