I saw my orthopod today and he's pleased with my troublesome left shoulder and the progress I'm making in rehab.

My doctor is a warm, friendly and superbly competent man. I trust him completely and with good reason.

4. Filling out forms again.

Social Security wants me to update my function report that I completed a few months ago. I believe that I'm much closer to being certifiably crazy than when I filled out the forms four months ago. However, other DUers knew that long ago.

6. Sad that we are going into yet another crock-pot of violence

to simmer in Syria and Iraq, but I'm with friends.

In 1991, I did my part to keep the international death machine well-oiled (pun intended) and humming. I regret that.

War is a scam. A deadly scam. And the people who reap the bloody profits are never the ones who have to risk their worthless necks...

I'm sorry. I'm a little plotzed. Beer usually makes me mellow and relaxed.
