Anyone use online pet food delivery services like Wag.com or Petflow.com?

I'm thinking of signing up because the discounts are great and it would reduce wear and tear on my back as well as my schedule -- I used Wag.com for my mom because they offered the kind of food her cat liked. But my mom and her cat are no longer on this physical plane, so I am willing to order from any recommended service.

They all seem to carry the food I want to get for my cats.

Is one company better than the other, in terms of policies, charitable donations, etc.?

Any feedback appreciated. Thanks.

I just went to the automated delivery after trying it for a few months. Their service seems fine. FedEx, however, can't seem to find my door. In six months time they have managed to get it on my doorstep exactly once.

Our FedEx guy is relatively with-it ... Sorry yours is door-challenged.

After years of being catless, I am now owned again. I've ordered Friskies canned food in cases several times from petfooddirect.com recently and it's shown up at my door in a few days.

This week the webpage for his fav variety was out to lunch apparently because they are redoing their website, so I ordered the fav food and some others from pet360.com, which I think has some connection with petco, maybe not. That arrived promptly too.

Years ago I used to order other cat foods from petfooddirect, so they have been around for a long time.

I am really impressed by the speed of delivery for both.

Update: UPS has a thing you can sign up for that emails you about where a package is in transit including when it's been delivered. Then you can find it at your door or start searching the neighborhood FedEx may have something similar, I'm not sure.

I've used the ones mentioned. I have no loyalty to any particular one. I price check one against the other including whatever specials or coupons they offer, including shipping, and go with whichever is cheapest. I don't use the scheduled deliveries because that locks me into one of them which I don't want. I order a 2 months supply at a time, which for my dogs is 60lbs. I don't recommend you order too much at once, because it can go rancid. Store the excess in a cool, dry place if you order quite a bit at once.

I've never had a problem ordering from any of them. I place the order online, and they all deliver it in about a week or so.

auto-ship would work, even though there are cost incentives.

Plus, I'm going to try to shift the felines to a more protein-based diet which I'm sure they'll snub for a while ...
