And sometimes I just use cheese and chips. (layered)

Fully loaded can include a lot of things. (homemade black bean & corn salsa, peppers, onions, black olives, homemade pico de gallo, meat, cheese, etc..)

I deconstruct them. The melted cheese is kept warm in a small electric pan on the table. Tortilla chips and toppings separated. A few chips go the plate, warm cheese applied, then toppings. This way the chips stay crunchy. I never have luck making salsa. It always turns out watery. I have no salsa sense.

A good portion size for only $1 here. Chips with beans, sauce and cheese... sad to say I've been basically living on these for the past couple months, along with a few other items off their $1 menu. For variety, the McDonald's Sausage Burrito (also $1), or the happy hour Corndog at Sonic (99¢). Not the healthiest choices, but not really in a "cooking" situation these days.

By the time i get home, it's toss the kitchen sink on there and stick the plate in the oven...
(~not~ the microwave, because it heats too unevenly)

I throw it in there.

If it's to be a think of beauty, guacamole, sour cream, etc. I make it so.

I want stuff on every chip so I take time to layer ingredients when I make them.

No "blanks" (chips with nothing on them) or soggies!

Takes time to make and that gets in the way of so I understand why the Mound 'o Mush Nachos.1 has been created...
