Pull my finger

Seriously. About 3 weeks ago, the end joint my right index finger started hurting. Aspirin helped, but I still couldn’t use my finger without it hurting. I thought, oh, great, now I suppose I have arthritis. Then I remembered back when Mr. froggy had a sore thumb years ago and his doctor told him his thumb joint was dry. He told Mr. froggy to pull on his thumb for several seconds every now and then for a few days, to allow synovial fluid to get back in the joint. It worked. So I pulled my finger, and after the second time, voila! No more sore finger. Thought I’d pass this along so you’ll know that if someone ever points at you and says, "Pull my finger!” they might be asking for help.

I was surprised to find out how painful a finger joint can get, for not apparent reason.
