That way I don't 'lose' the hour of sleep, by the time I go to bed I'm already getting used to the time change.

But when we 'gain' an hour in the Fall, I set the clocks back Saturday night.

Put it the day after the 4th of July or the Day after Labor Day. Anywhere other than February, it is already too long.
It should also be a tax free and interest free day.
