looking at a four-hour delay for our flight to ny

glad we didn't get on the plane with mechanical issues, but i just want to get this flight over with.

wouldn't be that bad if the smoking lounge were still in this concourse because i'd be fine sitting there and vaping until then. of course, i'm also with my dad, so i can't keep drinking (not that i can afford airport bar prices, but one or two would be nice).

4. Only four hours?

Last time I flew from Dallas to Newark, my flight was delayed by NINE hours.

I think American Airlines was going for some kind of record, maybe two. The number of different lies they told us for not being able to get us off the ground was staggering. The pilot was stuck in San Antonio. The pilot had arrived, but at a different terminal. The crew wasn't complete yet. I don't remember the others. I DO remember nine hours. I called them Albanian Airlines. They might have been insulted if any of them had the slightest idea what or where Albania was.
