Olive Garden sucks.

Everyone I cook Italian for loves it. But...it's not real Italian. It's much spicier. As one of the chefs on Top Chef described my style...it is bastardizing Italian cuisine.

Yep, I admit it. I need lots of garlic and lemon zest. Real Italian cooking is too tame for me.
