Do you think we will have men/women on Mars in your lifetime?

Guess you kinda have to indicate where you are now in your lifeline...

ok, I just had my 39th birthday for the 30th time....dunno if a Mars landing is in my cards.......

While it can be accomplished in ten years of effort, it first has to be approved and funded. And we all know what our government is like when it comes to science.

This proposal seems pretty good, yet still has the hurdle of convincing people that already don't believe anything science does is worth funding:

Until the radiation problem is solved, unlikely in any of our lifetimes. The cost implies an international effort and that is even less likely.
