Am I "suggestible"?

So my 7 yrs elder elderly sister said that one of our younger (not much) cousins asked her to do the family chicken salad.

Fine. So what's so hard about chicken salad. But the next day when I'm figuring myself out for the day I suddenly go to the grocery place and do the fixings for the chicken salad thing. Without thinking about it.

So, is it "subliminal" or "suggestible"?
