Not in those exact words. When they ask you about judging the case by the law. Say something about Jim Crow laws and that if you were on a jury back then you would have had to vote your conscience.

I found (grand) jury duty fascinating. If it doesn't present a hardship for you, do it gladly. It's a privilege.
