Aches and pains as we grow older.

Ever since I hit about 40 I've noticed that I have more random pain in general, but it usually goes away quickly. I might have a pain in my ankle for a few days that I think is going to have to get checked out, then it goes away. I get a lot of stuff like that. The only recurring pain that I have that I think is with me to stay is in my lower back. I've been a trucker for a long time and I think it has taken a toll on that area of my body. The pain is not with me constantly, but usually after I've spent about 8 hours behind the wheel. It goes away after a little bit, but will be back the next time.

I have dislocated my shoulder and torn my rotator cuff after falling off of a flat bed. I have a herniated disc L5. Don't really know how that happened. And after the accident a few months ago I have severe damage to my left optic nerve. And I dislocated my left knee.

Trucking is so much fun.

Enjoy the fact that your pain goes away (usually). Mine just moves around...

One place today--another place tomorrow!

I've decided that gravity is the culprit!

You are in for a treat......NOT, lol

The good news is you forget how much pain you're in since your memory also starts to go.

I'll leave it to you to your imagination as to exactly what plumbing I'm talking about.

And yes I told my doctor. And she thinks I'm not getting enough fiber.

when I was younger - a lot of my pain is from those silly things catching up on me.
