i.e., Bourne vs. Batman. Well, the extra-shaky-cam gives me headaches and has the potential to make me seasick, so it would have to be Bourne as the winner

The Mechwarrior Batman from Batman Vs. Superman definitely could NOT kick Jason Bourne's was. Hell he probably couldn't kick Tony Stark's ass. But the Christian Bale Batman from the Dark Knight could definitely give Jason Bourne a good fight.

beat the crap out of colorful goofballs using the most sophisticated toys during the middle of the night. He's constantly bedeviled by gorgeous female villains that want to see check out his "bat-wang".

Jason Bourne is a confused paranoid that is constantly on the run from a super-secret military organization using very sophisticated toys to hunt him down to kill him. Women that get close to JB eventually end of dead.

Damn, I want to be Batman!
