Man charged in shooting of neighbor over dog poop
READING, Pa. - An argument over dog poop led to the shooting of a man by his neighbor in Reading, police revealed in court documents released Monday. RPD officers said they initially responded to the 200 block of South Sixth Street around 6:30 p.m. Friday for a 911 call from a man who reported that he had just shot an intruder Police, however, said they soon learned from witnesses that the circumstances surrounding the shooting were quite different.
