I lurked on DU for about two years before i joined in 2008. I don't post much, but DU is my first stop in the am & many times during the day. I also have a twitter account I opened in 2008 to follow (troll) John McCain. I very rarely tweet, probably less than 25 in the eight years I have had the account. The last tweet I sent was noting I had mailed my ballot in for Hillary. I do, however, follow twitter many times a day. You can choose whom you want to follow. It is very informative & sometimes downright entertaining.

I know how you feel, DU has become a much needed pressure release valve for me.

I lurked for a while during the Obama years, joined during the early primary season (June of 2015) and only had around 500 posts on Nov. 8th

Since then I've called my Reps, marched in protest and posted over 500 time here.

I guess the only positive thing that dude did was to "Unite the Country" even though I'm sure he didn't mean to unite it against him...
