Since he/she seems to be sticking around for a bit, I'll add some further info.
This would be either DC1 from 2015 or Liberty or Freedom from 2016.
These are the three offspring so far of Mr. P & First Lady.
It is fairly common for juveniles to return to the nest during nesting season. Some times their presence is tolerated, other times the parents will chase them off.
Apparently, he/she is being tolerated for the moment. Probably because eggs have not been laid yet.
We shall see how the situation develops.....
