A Domino’s Pizza customer was shocked to find that their order could come with added sides of MDMA, ketamine “and much more.“
A calling card for a local drug dealer was attached to a Friday night order from a branch in Liverpool .
The pizza, which was delivered at around 9pm on Friday, February 10 had a small blue card attached to the box which gave customers the option of calling two numbers to obtain various illegal substances.
The incident was reported to Merseyside Police on Friday evening and is currently being investigated along with a number of similar reports. The ECHO understands that the advertising approach has been used on various occasions across the city since November 2016.
Local Domino’s stores are franchised out to separate owners and drivers are employed by the store, not the Domino’s parent company. Friday’s delivery came from the London Road store in the city centre. No-one from the store has been willing to comment.
