I recently cut off my cable and bought a Leaf over the air antenna.
One TV channel I'm enjoying a lot is Buzzr. A lot of its programming are old game shows, many from the 1950s such as Whats My Line, etc.
As interesting as the shows are the old TV commercials used on the shows, some of which wouldnt go over well today.
One ad I saw today (on a 1957 Ive Got A Secret show) had a woman showing a new model Polaroid camera, saying:
This new Polaroid camera is so easy, even a woman can use it.
If you can boil water, you can take pictures with this camera.

(1,213 posts)You got my attention because I have tried three different indoor TV antennae in the last month and none of them worked! I will give the Leaf a try-thanks for the heads-up!

(34,195 posts)$60 at Walmart.
Gets me 49 stations in Albuquerque, which includes shopping, religious, and Spanish.
But I get all the local including 3 PBS, two movie stations, two true crime. Plenty to watch.
I do need reposition it from window to wall for best reception but I save $100 a month from cable.
