I totally ment to watch the oscars this year. I did!
I haven't bothered with an awards show in over a decade, but this time I truly wanted to watch. I thought, after George Clooney last night, (not to mention many other choice celebrity words at this dick,) it might be a three hour 45 roast event, but then I got distracted and forgot.
I just went upstairs to make a late night snack, and saw it was on!
I saw Damon and The insurance duck make some awful joke, and gave up.
So did you see anything......GOOD I might have missed?
If I get no replies, I'll take that as an "ehh.... "
I'm going back to DR Who reruns.....
Keep me posted, or you know, whatever

(1,756 posts)But now I'm sure that tomorrow wile the country is distracted asking each other weather or not this was an accident or not, weather Jimmy was to blame or not, and all that other BS that really doesn't mean anything, 45 is going to slide some BS through unnoticed that's going to make all our live that much closer to hell, and I'll feel somehow responsible because of my ill timed OP
I truly didn't mean to offend you.

(38,016 posts)Yes, the whoopsie will make headlines. BLOTUS does some thing horrible every. single. day. His actions do not go unnoticed.
I have a word of advice for everyone dealing with the awfulness:
The outrages will continue because he and everyone on his side of the aisle is horrible. The rapidity of their terrible actions is intended to wear us down. They want us to be too exhausted to fight. Do not let that happen. PACE YOURSELVES.
Love,
~blogslut~
Now every one who sees the OP is going to think THAT BS is what I was on about.........
For the record, I didn't watch......and aside from Kimmel hounding 45 ( )I don't care.
For the record.
