4/15 7:00 CDT TCM "Harvey"

One of my favorite Jimmy Stewart movies.
It's like 'Casablanca' for me.
Every time I see it, I see something I hadn't noticed before.

So much so that twice in my life I've been inspired by the movie. The first time was when I gave my dad's new car the name Harvey... because the power tended to disappear. The second time was when my eldest daughter was born near Easter. I started calling her my little Pooka or Pookie after what the rabbit, Harvey was.

I thought it was funny when Garfield was first published with his Pookie a few months later and often wondered if Jim Davis got the name from Harvey too.
