My dog, the pedicurist.

The dog died long ago, actually, but I was thinking about her earlier.

I used to work in a factory that required steel-toed shoes, and mine were hot and heavy. My feet were frequently sore and very sweaty at the end of a work day.

By happenstance, I learned that the dog enjoyed licking my smelly feet! I pulled my feet away for awhile because it seemed "weird," but I finally decided to just let the dog do what she liked.

Anyway, the most interesting part to me was how she worked on my calluses! She would gently chew on them and she often removed them without causing me any discomfort at all.

She also trimmed my nails with her teeth!

I looked at YouTube earlier and, sure enough, dogs were shown that trimmed nails! Lol. I never found videos of callus removal, though.
