I think Ronald Reagan was more equivalent to Chance the Gardener. He wasn't so greedy and his brain didn't work very well. He was the figure head. He was very cruel to people with HIV. But, I'm not sure about how aware he was about what he was doing. I remember they didn't wake him up when major decisions happened at night.

trump is power hungry greedy hateful and not very bright and easily manipulated. He is pure evil in my opinion anyway.
