Define "firephrase" and "trapchat."

I woke up at 4:30 this morning with these words in my mind. I don't know what they mean. I didn't want to forget them, so I emailed them to myself. I had in fact forgotten all about it until I saw my email.

What the hell . . . ?

Has this ever happened to you? You wake up with words in your head that do not exist?

Can you define them?

"trapchat" is the thread that ensues from a firephrase -- the car wreck you just can't help gawking at.

It's that small-talk you feel obligated to that ropes you into a conversation you don't want to have.

For example, this hypothetical:

You're at the grocery--you spy your SIL, the one with the jacked-up kidneys--she's asked you because you're a perfect match to give her one of yours--your SO has told you that the decision is up to you entirely because donating the kidney will cause you to lose your job during the month of recovery time and there is a reasonable likelihood (~65-70%) your SIL will receive a kidney on the donor registry--in this very-instant, you've decided you cannot do it...but have not yet decided how to say that and want some time to think though how you want to word that not-easily-reached decision because it's probably going to be a problem with years of repercussions.

Your SIL sees you. Now you have to say "Hi. How are you?" because it will be awkward for years if you don't.

"Hi. How are you?"
"I'm okay. A bit tired all the time. How about you?"
"I'm okay. Just buying some rice-cakes and grapefruit juice. Hey it's good seeing you, I've got to get home, dinner's in the oven."
"Hey wait! Bertha...about that kidney?"
