Oh no! I just sent that video to my daughter and she told me that on facebook she saw that video but that the trainers of those dogs beat them continuously to make them stop walking like dogs and walk like people. She said then they dress them cute. She said she broke down crying when she saw the dog being beaten to make it walk like a human. 
She said she would look for it and send me the links
