Shit. I'm in the middle of a dumb husband moment aren't I?

Begged my wife all day. I wanna grill! The weather's great! I've been wanting to play with my new grill while having a beer since Friday! Please!

Yay! She said yes!

Enjoying my beer outside right now with the grill at 500 degrees while listening to oldies on my Bluetooth speaker...

But a thunderstorm is approaching. Shit.

Then dropping to 300 for grilling. It's charcoal. Plus, the rain is helping cooldown! LOL

The beyond meat beyond burger is the best vegan burger ever made. Hands down. It just hit the market in all Whole Foods this month I believe.

unless I'm feeding the hordes...

Also, that's the right temp for the corn in the top shelf so it roasts nice and slow and the garlic butter has time to do its magic

But I'm no expert griller.

With some nice charring here and there. And my family likes the hotdogs to be nearly well done, not juicy.

Coat, hat and gloves, the choice is pretty easy.

Our grill is on the balcony off the kitchen. It's not that hard to duck out, start it up (ours is gas), duck in, then repeat through the steps.
