I just be sitting at my desk working and wondering why I can't focus and feel so tired. Then I checked the weather report to see if we were going get any more rain and see that there's an air quality warning. Well that explains it!

Seems like on "those days", hits me some time between 2 & 4.. I fight it, but often HAVE to lay down for a half hour. Sometimes I doze off for 5-10 minutes. Doesn't seem to really qualify as a power nap, but it usually helps.
Weird for me, though, I am usually energetic.
& heaven help anyone suggesting it's an age thing!
