(10,749 posts)What these two clowns did was fantastically stupid and dangerous. Could have gotten them killed. They got away with it.
So they now believe that they did nothing wrong and that it's in fact okay to anger a hungry bear. See, they can act like morons and nothing bad happens. No consequences. Obviously, the woman taking the video recognized the danger and stupidity and urged them repeatedly to stop. Were any kids watching? What's the lesson for them? Well, spray beer at a bear, of course. It worked for two (alleged) grown-ups.
How do you reason with people like this?

Where was their bear spray? Do not cookout in bear country without it.
Bear needs to be tranquilized and moved to a suitable location. But since the bear was already tagged, he may be a repeat troublemaker. Then rut-roh for the bear.
Never ever feed bears. Best way to get the poor bear killed.
