Yet our elected leaders persist in their belief that free-market capitalism works best. Here are a few fact-based examples that say otherwise.

1. Privatization

I swear some people think if you privatize everything you will get the same services without having to pay for them. Nice companies will step in and provide things without any profit motive. Privatization is just another way to extract wealth from the middle class and the poor.

When you go private, you not only have to pay labourers and management, but also shareholders/owners.

Years of bashing govt and the subtle connection between Right To Privacy and Private corporate contracts has this country on the brink of collapse.

Public = People, so when they are criticizing Public Schools, Transportation, Parks etc they are belittling all of us. Why do we accept this mental crippling misdirection. Reversing this power of propaganda must start now.
