No idea why the song is called that ... but it is an entire dance party ... encapsulated into 4 minutes ... possibly my favorite Sisters tune ... freaking catchy as all get out ... oh, and DAT BASS, MAN!

is it the party that ain't over 'til it's thru?
is it the wiring that's suddenly a blown fuse?
is it a chemical that makes this moment true?
is it the music that connects me to you?
