Now, or even 30 years ago, a song like this would probably get a lot of criticism and wouldn't make it up the charts.

BTW, there was a song in '74 called &quot You're) Having My Baby" by Paul Anka that hit #1. IMO, it was just as bad, if not worse, than "Baby Don't Get Hooked on Me".
