James McMurtry - No More Buffalo



I'm always looking for any concerts near where we live in east Texas. Turns out James McMurtry is playing in Tyler next week, small venue - 300 seats. Tickets were cheap - $20-25! Unbelievable.
We're going.

Also going to see Neil Young and Crazy Horse in Dallas the week after! But that one costs $450 for two with service fees and taxes, plus another $45 for parking. Neither my wife nor I have ever seen Neil before so we couldn't pass it up.

Both at small venues. What I enjoyed was that he didn't just play his popular tunes. He also played new ones that I hadn't heard before.
