A couple decades ago I spent a whole year singing along to only Soundgarden and Audioslave on my way to and from work every day just so I could learn to imitate his voice for a cover band I wanted to put together. Pretty sure my vocal chords are probably still a little messed up from that, and even though the band never materialized it was so worth it.
