They had a list of 120 songs, and each band had to pick 3.
The contest was a "picks & sticks" affair. Bands brought guitar picks & drumsticks.
Had to use all the stuff they already had on stage. Guitars, bass, drums, amps, keyboard.
Each band had exactly 20 minutes to get introduced, play three songs, and get off stage so the next band could start exactly 20 minutes later.
It was a fun event, superbly organized. We won 3 years in a row. It was a ton of money for a total of one hour on stage.
