The first ever butterfly picture I got was on a very chill autumn day.

I suspect that the butterfly was not very mobile at those low temps.

But in this business, skill or luck?

WHO CARES!

Nice pictures are always welcome.
Great sharpness, composition and color.

Then it came back and went to the same yellow flowers underneath. So it was flying around pretty good. Just seem late in the season.Really bright afternoon sun, flower pot sitting right on the sidewalk in front of the grocery store, you’re right about luck that’s for sure

with hundreds of Monarch Butterflies in the fall. Climate change, pesticides and shrinking natural environment all have caused their decline. I don't want to live in a world without butterflies
