The theme of the December contest is Reflections

The top two vote getters in each thread will advance to the finals along with the next four highest vote getters overall.

Preliminary Round will run for 72 hours.

Finals will be posted shortly thereafter and will run for 72 hours.

Please share your comments and help to keep this thread kicked.

NOTE: Skinner has authorized this contest be run in GD.

Edited to add: PuppyBismark sent me an IM while I was on a trip asking for help in the contest. I said that I was out of town and couldn't give long instructions but to 1. pick a topic, and 2. look at the last contests for ideas, and that the host had lots of latitude. Other than that I could answer any specific questions.

Guess what?? PuppyBismark is a quick study and figured out everything without any help!
