Related: About this forumI believe I posted some images some time ago of the NS Savannah
Well, we went back and got a more inclusive tour. Basically, we were allowed full access to the ship, minus the nuclear areas. It was a great time and if you're in the area they often have public tours, so I encourage a visit. I wouldn't normally think this is my sort of "thing" but I enjoyed it so much that I want to go back a third time to get the things that I missed.

(14,040 posts)I got into photography for two reasons, the first being I've always loved it. I've loved the idea of making a photo and capturing that "moment." The second was that prior to taking this up in late 2012, I never left the house unless I was going to work or the grocery store. Now I'm out almost every weekend, I've made new friends and I like watching the progress of my new hobby. It's been a win/win as far as I'm concerned.
