(149,726 posts)I'm wondering what makes for these great details. Are you shooting RAW? Or maybe it's the lens and camera combo.
Whatever it is, keep using/doing it!

(36,281 posts)but I'm still learning to use this camera and the sorts of images that I like. I can shoot raw and jpeg files simultaneously, so I want to start shooting both as soon as I figure out the camera settings.
These .NEF image files were processed with Adobe Lightroom, then edited in Photoshop with the free plug in Nik filters from Google.
Edit-- sorry, I meant to add that the camera is awesome.

(60,077 posts)I have an old manual Tokina EL 28mm 2.8. It's their economy lens, but It hits above its weight. I'd buy a new Tokina if they made them in MFT, or if I surrender to APS-C.
I really like my Tokina 12-28 f/4 but I'd love it if it was faster.
