I love the idea of afternoon tea, but have only attended two, one in London and the other in Atlanta. Very civilized and I definitely second the "yum!"

The only place that I know of that rivals your photos is the Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia.

To be fair it is not the best I have had in London. It was good, but the best by far is the Ritz. No competition.
