Storm's coming

There was a thunderstorm blowing in from the east--rain and lightning visible to my right--but off to the left (northwest) were these spectacular clouds.

I really do have an ever changing view out my window. Now it's all grey and raining.

But wasn't this glorious?

the woman who lives next door was out on her balcony making a video of the lightning and rain to the east.

Our balconies are not adjacent, but separated by about 30-40 feet of expansive floor to ceiling panes of glass. She didn't notice me at all and I thought it was interesting how we each were out focused on totally different features of the sky.
