Actor Brian Keith was #BornOnThisDay, Nov.14, 1921. Remembered for his TV series Family Affair (1966 -'71) & for the film The Parent Trap (1961). Passed in 1997 (age 75) from #suicide, 2 months after his daughter Daisy took her own life. #SuicideAwareness #SuicidePrevention #RIP

I was sad when I heard he died but I never knew about it being suicide and after his daughters suicide. Wow, that is really really sad.

... did not know of the suicides. He was a very warm actor - although I don't get the appeal of his "Family Affair" TV show, at least he was engaging.
