Andor

Has anyone else watched the first three episodes of Andor which are now available on Disney+?

The show is definitely in line with the tone and story of Rogue One of which Andor is serving as a prequel series. It seems to have no connection to any of the Star Wars sequel movies or any of the Disney+ series we have had so far. Plus, there is a lot more story to come with nine more episodes this season and twelve more episodes next year in contrast to the six episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi and the seven episodes of The Book of Boba Fett.

Andor may not be for everyone depending on what you want from Star Wars and how you like your sci-fi and action shows to unfold as the first couple of episodes are a slow build and set up for the third episode. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the first three episodes and I am buckled in for the remainder of the season.

Between Andor, House of the Dragon, and The Rings of Power, there is a feast of entertainment available for sci-fi and fantasy fans.

Like Rogue 1, one of the best Star Wars movies in my opinion.

The show simply looks different mostly because it was filmed outdoors and on sets with minimal background VFX. The writing was superb and the acting was engaging. I am curious where the story and these characters end up, although we already know Cassian's ultimate fate.

Boba Fett was a let down and Obi-Wan was only okay so I had pretty low expectations going into this, but it’s really good so far.

There are also Tales of the Walking Dead and I am streaming Locke and Key and just started Quantum Leap. I love Locke and Key and am so happy to have found this gem. I really recommend it! Quantum Leap is also starting off well.

Andor is on the list of shows to start watching.
