Any Pine Gap viewers/fans here?
Recently discovered this Australian series on Netflix which I immediately became enthralled with.
I didn't notice it was one season until after the 6th and final cliff hanging episode of S1. Then I noticed the year it was produced and realized to my disappointment there may not ever be another season.
I wiki'd it and reading between the lines, I feel like that speculation was pretty much confirmed, but not spelled out literally.
It was one of the tiny few productions I've enjoyed on Netflix in recent years, second to Secret City (within Canberra) another Australian production.
I rather think it's too sensitive and revealing of National Security threats which have existed and obviously continue to exist as related to China, which exposes their agendas and MO's a little too explicitly.
Speculative, so does anyone here happen to know more?
