Five great British TV ads - video

On the occasions I've been over your side its seemed to me that your ads are still structured along old fashioned features, advantages and benefits where as our UK ads lost that long ago.

In the third of a special series of Ad Breaks celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, we have selected five classic UK commercials that might have won the Grand Prix but didn't. They range from Tarsem's beautiful 'Swimmer' ad for Levi's 501s to the spectacular T-Mobile film that had every commuter at Liverpool Street station strutting their stuff. In between are classics for Stella Artois, Honda and Sony Bravia.
