......spoiler. GOT. Oh no they didn't...

Jon has to be alive .

I read that Kit H signed for two more seasons .

I do not want to see him come back as a Warg.

Very disappointing ending. The .Cersei scene was horrible.

So many stories that are not interacting.

Five min given to each separate story.

Most fragmented TV series ever.

Not just in some of the horrible things that happened to people, but they didn't really develop any of the stories fully. I love Arya, but her arc this season sucked. And nothing really got resolved even in a minor way at the end. Just not overly happy with how any of it was delved into and if the people that looked to be dead a the end of this aren't dead (Stannis, Jon, Lannister girl) and we have to see them beheaded to believe they are dead, then that is going to be disappointing, too. I get that Sansa may not be dead because she was jumping at a specific location into a lot of snow, but the rest need to be dead (even though I really don't want them to be).

3. Sansa is not dead

I don;t know anything, and these are not any kind of book spoiler, just me thoughts and opinions. Feel free to take them for what they are worth, not much.

Sansa was jumping into snow to slide down the drift. She was not killing herself. She will be fine. I am not sure if she will get away, but she will be fine.

Arya's arc was about her leaving her past behind and her failure to do it. She is going to be a bad ass, but will never leave behind her Stark blood. The many faced god is clearly not the place for her.

I think Stannis is really dead.

I think Jon is really dead, but Jon may be able to come back. We have already seen the Red God can raise the dead, like that guy with the fire sword who fought the Hound in season 2 or 3. The red haired witch is there, she can bring John back. Maybe. This could also get John out of the watch. His watch only ends with his death. If he died, his watch is over. If he comes back, I am not sure he would be honor bound to stay.

I think the princess is dead, but that is the only one I do not know for sure. The boat was close. they might return to dorne. We will see.

anyway, I loved the season.

I'd be disappointed if she were.

I like that Arya is going to be a bad ass and her killing Trant was awesome. But I just don't feel like they developed the tension between (for some reason) wanting to be part of the many faced god clan and holding on to her Stark-ness. There just seemed like so much more they could do and just didn't.

Stannis better be dead. If not, Brienne's character takes a big hit for no reason.

I though the who Millisandra showing up right before he died was a bit too obvious. I agree that he could be like the Beric from the Brotherhood without Banners and he would be awesome leading them. If you don't get out of your duty to the watch when a major group of the watch kills you "for the watch" then that would suck. I would like that a lot better than him going warg and scooting around in his wolf's body for an episode. That would suck. I kind of hope that they burn him and he lives through that because he is part Targaryen as the clues have indicated.

The only thing I thought of with the princess is that Bronn got some of the antidote from the Sand Snake when she bit his lip. And that would suck. I also thought the Sand Snakes were very underdeveloped. Or the boyfriend could have some.

I like your thinking regarding Jon Snow...he will be reborn as the Price that was Promised. The Red Witch being at the Wall was most timely. I think he will have an intense vision as well say from Bran giving him an understanding of sorts as to who he really is and not a bastard. Melisandra told him a few episodes back that he had powers he has yet to use.....

Jon technically will be Lord Commander so I hope he executes the crow murderers or maybe Tommend will have the pleasure.

Being reborn, he can dismiss his Night Watch vows but I think he will stay on task to defend mankind against the Others/White Walkers...Melisandra will have a great pep-talk about the great war to come.

It all was great....so much to take in....

That sand snake nibbled on Bron's ear....was that too poison? Not sure Mycella dies as an antidote maybe with Trystanne?

Sansa and Theon will be safe falling into a deep pile of snow. Off to the Iron Islands?

Ceresi....well, she has more pain to follow I sense. The actress, L. Hensley, she did a magnificent job doing the walk of shame...award time!

I just love the Varys-Tyrion bromance.....Great team together. Looks like that was set up in foreshadowing back when Tyrion had his chat with Danyse. Tyrion explained how Varys actually helped her through the years.

My wife thinks that Varys and Tyrion running Mareen will be like Hurley and Ben running the island on LOST. They could probably make a whole new series just on their adventures running the city together. I love those two.

That said, the Varys-Tyrion Team will be a great adventure. Not sure where Darios will fit into this? I sense a conflict in the works.

and resurrection? Melisandre had just turned up? Coincidence?

The Cersei scene was straight out of book. She fell into the 'new' Mountain's waiting arms. "The last face you will see..." And a very unhappy Jaime Lannister is coming back.

My favorite short description of this book/TV series is, "Picture a vast field of tombstones..."

GoT rules!

"True Detective" Season 2 starts next Sunday in this HBO time slot. Happy days!

15. That High Sparrow must have an agenda....
Tue Jun 16, 2015, 09:53 PM

I read on a speculation blog that the High Sparrow may be Howland Reed...Ned Starks close friend and father to Jojein and Mera Reed...they took Bran to the 3 eyed raven north of the wall. Also, Howland is the only person alive who was with Ned at the Tower where his sister died...He knows the true story of Lynnane and Rhoghar.

The Sparrow has power now to make the crown be accountable. Cereci reinstated the military component to The Seven..which was disbanded 200 years ago...So, the High Sparrow appears to be going after Lannisters... Atonement....Makes a lot more sense as I couldn't see the deeper importance of The Seven and High Sparrow.

8. Jon's eyes

Great ending. I like the way the last scene focused on Jon's eyes. I held my breath waiting for him to turn like a White Walker. That didn't happen, but his eyes didn't close either.

I think the very last shot of Jon's open eyes means we will see more of him.

I believe he is the Prince who was Promised. Not sure how this will transpire but the Red Woman/ Witch is at Castle Black. "Kill the boy" was probably foreshadowing. That White Walker King sensed he was special too.

The Red Women, Melisandra, she should be satisfied with all of Jon's oozing Kings Blood...she tends to like Kings Blood for her rituals so, Jon is definitely bleeding.

in battle. Having Brianne dispatch him would have been most enjoyable.

I was most happy to see Stannis the girl killer taken down.

Who is Daenarys surrounded by? The warrior tribe of her first husband?

Jon must be healed by Melissandra. Please. I don't think I could tolerate his death. Then Melissandra can be burned alive like her victims were.

Cersei's scene evoked pity for such a degrading punishment, but I despise her so much that I don't care. I thought the scene was excessively dragged out.

Many people commented on the walk of atonement being 10 minutes long.
and commented about what seemed to a a hurried pace in dispatching so many characters in one episode.

Martin is known by now of killing off major characters.
But soon who will be left???
